用每公斤含有0、78、390毫克维生素C的饲料喂养斑点叉尾鮰Ictalurus punctatus鱼苗120天后,观察察维生素C不同含量对鱼苗生长、尾鳍发育及耐受环境因子能力的影响。试验表明,不含维生素C的饲料与维生素C中等或高含量的饲料相比,鱼苗表观为生长缓慢、尾鳍畸形明显、对氨的耐受力差、以及窒息点较高等特点:而喂给含有维生素C的两种饲料,鱼的生长,尾鳍发育及耐受力均相似。维生素C饲料对圈养在网中10天内的各试验鱼组表现为耐受不利因子的能力未见减弱。
After 120 days of feed intake of I. catarrhalis Ictalurus punctatus with 0, 78, and 390 mg of vitamin C per kilogram, the effects of different contents of vitamin C on fry growth, caudal fin development and tolerance to environmental factors were observed.
