目的了解中学生结核病知识知晓率。方法采用随机分层抽样,选取1 900人参加问卷调查。结果总体平均知晓率81.44%,男性平均知晓率80.24%,女性平均知晓率85.71%。高中学生平均知晓率83.63%,初中学生平均知晓率79.36%,私立初中学生平均知晓率78.18%,公立初中学生平均知晓率77.94%,职业高中学生平均知晓率76.21%,普通高中学生平均知晓率87.36%;其他知识平均知晓率60.93%。获取知识的主要途径是电视/电台(82.89%)、学校健康课(76.06%)、报刊/杂志(61.84%);同学们希望的获取知识途径:学校健康课(80.48%)、电视/电台(78.56%)、网络(69.15%)。结论不同类型学校的学生和学生群体对结核病健康知识的了解程度不同,对宣传途径的需求不同。
Objective To understand the TB awareness among middle school students. Methods Random stratified sampling was used to select 1 900 people to participate in the questionnaire survey. Results The overall average awareness rate was 81.44%, the average male awareness rate was 80.24%, and the average female awareness rate was 85.71%. The average awareness rate of high school students was 83.63%, that of middle school students was 79.36%, that of private junior high school students was 78.18%, that of public middle schools was 77.94%, that of vocational high schools was 76.21%, and that of ordinary high schools was 87.36% %; The average awareness of other knowledge 60.93%. The main ways to obtain knowledge are TV / radio (82.89%), school health class (76.06%), newspapers / magazines (61.84%); students hope for ways of obtaining knowledge: school health class 78.56%), Internet (69.15%). Conclusions Students and student groups in different types of schools have different levels of understanding of tuberculosis health knowledge and different needs for publicity.
