目的建立分光光度法测定工作场所空气中二氧化硫含量不确定度方法。方法依照JJF 1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》建立数学模型,计算各不确定度分量和合成不确定度。结果标准溶液配制引入的标准不确定度分量为1.67%,由标准曲线求得样品溶液浓度引起的标准不确定度为3.16%,样品取样与定容体积引起的标准不确定度为0.82%,仪器测量引入的不确定度为0.58%,标准采样体积引入的标准不确定度为0.54%,合成相对标准不确定度为3.8%,扩展不确定度为0.08mg/m3。结论该方法适用于分光光度法测定二氧化硫含量的不确定度评定。
Objective To establish a spectrophotometric method for the determination of sulfur dioxide in workplace air. Methods According to JJF 1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty, a mathematical model was established to calculate the components of uncertainty and the synthesis uncertainty. Results The standard uncertainty component introduced into the standard solution was 1.67%. The standard uncertainty caused by the concentration of the sample solution was 3.16%. The standard uncertainty caused by sample volume and sample volume was 0.82% The uncertainty introduced by measurement was 0.58%, the standard uncertainty introduced by standard sampling volume was 0.54%, the relative standard synthetic uncertainty was 3.8% and the extended uncertainty was 0.08mg / m3. Conclusion This method is suitable for the evaluation of the uncertainty of spectrophotometric determination of sulfur dioxide content.
