This article analyzes the five average erythrocyte calcifications of 254 children with iron deficiency under the more rigorous investigation and research requirements. The analysis was based on a comparison of 12 grams (high mark) and 11 gram (low mark) of hemoglobin per 1 point with each other to find statistically significant differences compared to differences and to seek their close relative differences. The results showed that the high limit of hemoglobin (12 g / dL) for the lower limit of normal, lower than the standard (11 g / dL) seems more credible. However, whether this definition is suitable for the status of infants and young children needs to be clarified.
