计划经济与市场调节的有机结合,应是在整个社会经济规模上全方位的结合,其结合的形式和途径应是一个有机体系。文章认为科学的区域经济运行机制是该体系的重要组成部分。

The organic combination of planned economy and market regulation should be an all-round combination of the entire social and economic scale. The form and route of its combination should be an organic system. The article holds that the scientific regional economic operation mechanism is an important part of this system.
