高炉冶炼生铁品种的变更是冶炼工艺中极其重要的环节。由于生铁品种变更,不仅使炉料的配比发生变化,而且由此引起热制度、造渣制度、煤气以及炉料分布等发生一系列变化,从而使冶炼进程踏进新的范畴。因此,正确地配制炉料及改变相应的调剂方法,对稳定炉况、提高生铁质量、降低消耗具有十分重要的意义。本文的目的,不仅讨论与此有关的问题,并在具体实施过程中提出“超量控制”变料方法,对冶炼实践予以分析,谋求获得更为合理的控制铁种改变的方法。
Blast furnace smelting pig iron varieties change is an extremely important part of the smelting process. Due to the change of pig iron varieties, not only the charge ratio changes, but also caused a series of changes in the thermal system, slagging system, gas and charge distribution, so that the smelting process into a new category. Therefore, the correct preparation of charge and change the corresponding adjustment methods, to stabilize the furnace conditions, improve the quality of pig iron, reduce consumption is of great significance. The purpose of this paper not only discusses the issues related to this, but also puts forward the method of “overcontrolling” the material change in the concrete implementation process to analyze the practice of smelting and seek a more reasonable method to control the change of iron.
