新疆维吾尔自治区伊宁县和四川省金阳县是中国儿童福利示范项目区,为了进一步保障困境儿童的身心健康,两县陆续实施并实施了多项措施,为困境儿童及其家庭撑起保护伞。伊宁县出台了《伊宁县孤儿基本生活费和困境儿童生活补贴暂行办法》,并开展了免费体检和回访追踪项目;金阳县则出台《新农合二次报销》政策,将所有特殊困难儿童和孤儿均纳入保障范围。
