2017年的中国,哪些外国作家的图书进入了公有出版领域?全世界范围内,各个国家和地区对著作权保护期限有很大差异。美国杜克大学公有领域研究中心发布的世界版权地图显示,亚洲的大部分国家、非洲的多数国家、加拿大等地区的版权期限是作者去世后50年,欧洲的绝大部分国家、南美洲的大多数国家,以及俄罗斯、澳大利亚等国家和地区的版权期限则是作者去世后70年。这意味着,一些在1966年和1946年逝世的作者的作品从2017年元旦起进入了公有版权
