口腔科用粘固剂已有100年历史。19世纪初期C.S.Roslaing用磷酸水溶液和氧化锌粉制成粘固剂获得成功。到19世纪80年代,J.S.King用氧化锌粉和丁香油调制成暂时粘固剂。1878年T.Fletcher用硅酸盐粉代替氧化锌制成硅粘固剂。直到1968年D.C.SMith发明聚羧酸锌粘固剂,由聚羧酸水溶液和氧化锌粉中加10%氧化镁组成。至1971年A.D.Wilson对聚羧酸锌粘固剂进行改进,用玻璃离子粉代替氧化锌粉,成为玻璃离子粘固剂。由于它具有硅粘固剂和聚羧酸锌粘固剂两者的优点,在国外已广泛应用于临床。我们3个单位从1981年开始研制玻璃离子粘固剂,经2年来临床试用,在1984年通过鉴定,效果良好,现介绍于下:
Stomatal cement has been 100 years old. The early 19th century C.S.Roslaing with phosphoric acid solution and zinc oxide powder cement made of success. By the 1880s, J.S. King made a temporary cement with zinc oxide powder and clove oil. 1878 T.Fletcher with silicate powder instead of zinc oxide made of silicon cement. Until 1968, D.C. Smith invented a polycarboxylate zinc cement consisting of polycarboxylic acid solution and zinc oxide powder plus 10% magnesia. To 1971 A.D. Wilson on polycarboxylate zinc cement to improve, with glass ion powder instead of zinc oxide powder, a glass ionomer cement. Because it has the advantages of both silicon cement and zinc carboxylate cement, it has been widely used in clinic abroad. We three units from 1981 to develop glass ionomer cement, after two years of clinical trial, passed the appraisal in 1984, the effect is good, is now introduced in the next:
