妊娠期高血压疾病在世界范围内长期对孕产妇及胎儿的健康及生命安全构成严重威胁,其发病机制至今仍不明确。近期的相关研究发现一种Ⅱ型跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶—Corin不仅主要分布在心脏,参与A型利钠肽和B型利钠肽的调节,而且也表达于妊娠期子宫。其对孕早期子宫螺旋小动脉重铸能否顺利进行有着重要的作用。而这一过程与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生有密切关系。本文主要从丝氨酸蛋白酶-Corin的分子结构特征、组织分布、生物学功能等方面进行阐述,并对Corin的基因缺陷或蛋白的缺乏是否与妊娠期高血压疾病存在相关性,以及可能的参与机制做一综述,为该病的早期预测提供新的研究理论基础。
