目的分析评价高强度玻璃纤维桩修复前牙牙体缺损的临床效果。方法选取56例患者,合计86颗患牙,均为牙冠缺损的前牙。随机分为A、B两组,A组28例40颗患牙,采用玻璃纤维桩树脂核;B组28例46颗患牙,采用金属铸造桩核,均用全瓷冠修复。患者随访6个月~2年,对照观察A、B两组临床修复效果及预后。结果 2年内A组28例40颗患牙修复良好,无折裂、无松动,无牙龈着色,边缘密合;B组28例46颗患牙2例2颗患牙根折,2例2颗患牙桩核松动脱落,4例6颗患牙出现牙龈边缘色素沉着,其余患牙修复良好。结论利用玻璃纤维桩树脂核修复前牙牙体缺损,取得了满意的修复效果。玻璃纤维桩具有生物相容性好、化学性能稳定、机械强度高、美观、操作简便等优点,优于铸造金属桩核,是进行前牙修复的理想材料。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of high strength glass fiber post to repair tooth defects in anterior teeth. Methods 56 patients were selected, a total of 86 teeth, are the anterior teeth of the crown defect. Randomly divided into A, B two groups, A group of 28 cases of 40 teeth, using fiberglass resin core; B group of 28 patients with 46 teeth, the use of metal casting post-core, are all-ceramic crown repair. Patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years, the control group A and B clinical repair effect and prognosis. Results In 2 years, 28 cases of 40 teeth in group A were well repaired, no fracture, no loosening, no gingival coloration, and the edges were close. In group B, there were 28 cases with 46 teeth with 2 teeth with 2 teeth and 2 with 2 teeth Stump core loose loose, 4 cases of 6 teeth appear gingival margin pigmentation, the rest of the teeth repair well. Conclusion The restoration of anterior tooth defects using glass fiber post and core resin has achieved satisfactory results. Glass fiber post has the advantages of good biocompatibility, stable chemical property, high mechanical strength, beautiful appearance and easy operation, which is better than cast metal posts, which is an ideal material for anterior teeth restoration.
