随着我国加入世界贸易组织(WTO)日程的迫近以及开发大西北战略的展开,特别是在我国有色工业管理体制发生重大变革时期,针对我国铅锌工业已暴露的和潜在的诸多问题和矛盾,如何发展我国的铅锌工业,提升铅锌工业整体实力,促使其良性运转,迎接我国加入WTO后面临的挑战,将是所有从事铅锌工业人士关注的焦点。本文就我国铅锌工业现状,简析存在的问题和矛盾,探讨“十五”发展的战略思路。
With the approaching of China’s accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the strategy of developing the Greater Northwest China, especially during the period of major changes in the nonferrous industry management system in our country, aiming at the many potential problems and contradictions that have been exposed in China’s lead and zinc industry, How to develop China’s lead and zinc industry, improve the overall strength of the lead and zinc industry, promote its benign operation, and meet the challenges that China faces after China’s accession to the WTO will be the focus of attention of all those engaged in lead and zinc industries. In this paper, the current situation of China’s lead and zinc industry, the analysis of existing problems and contradictions, to explore “fifteen” development strategy.
