随着高等职业教育的不断深入发展,社会对高职生职业素质的要求的越来越清晰,高等职业院校开展职业素质教育已成为不可回避的问题。本文分析了高职学院开展青年志愿者活动对提升学生职业素质的影响,并尝试提出如何构建高职院校青年志愿者活动长效机制来培养高职学生职业素养,以期为高职院校职业素质教育的落实和发展作出微薄贡献。
With the deepening development of higher vocational education, the requirements of the society for the vocational qualifications of higher vocational students are becoming clearer and clearer.
