为探讨棉纺织作业职工死亡原因 ,我们对某棉纺织厂 1 981～ 1 997年间职工死亡情况作一般死因分析。结果表明 ,该棉纺织厂平均死亡年龄为 46 8岁。恶性肿瘤、脑血管 ,意外死亡为死因的前三位 ,意外死亡中自杀所占比率为 48 72 %。提示 :在做好恶性肿瘤、心脑血管等疾病防治的同时 ,尚应做好该群体的心理卫生工作 ,积极引导职工进取向上 ,努力为社会工作 ,提高生命质量。
In order to investigate the causes of the death of cotton textile workers, we conducted a general analysis of the cause of death of workers in a cotton mill from 1981 to 1997. The results show that the average age of death of the cotton mill is 46 years. Malignant tumors and cerebrovascular accident deaths were the top three causes of death. The proportion of suicides in accidental deaths was 48 72%. Tip: While doing a good job in the prevention and treatment of malignancies, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, the mental health work of the group should also be well done, actively guide the orientation of workers, work hard for the society, and improve the quality of life.
