利用5391对棉花SSR引物筛选亲本(渝棉1号和T586)间的多态性引物,以多态性引物检测(渝棉1号×T586)F2∶7重组近交系群体270个株系的标记基因型,并构建陆地棉遗传连锁图谱.采用区间作图方法进行开花期相关的QTL定位,共检测到5个QTL,分别定位在第5,10,16,21和26染色体,5个QTL的加性效应分别为-0.73,-0.68,-0.9,1.07和-0.86,分别解释表型变异5%,4.7%,8.1%,10.9%和7.1%.研究结果表明:棉花开花期为多基因控制.
A total of 270 lines of F2:7 recombinant inbred lines (Yumian 1 × T586) were detected by using 5391 pairs of cotton SSR primer pairs (Yumian 1 and T586) with polymorphic primers Marker genotypes, and constructed genetic linkage map of upland cotton.The QTLs for flowering-related QTLs were mapped using the interval mapping method, and five QTLs were detected in chromosomes 5, 10, 16, 21 and 26, and five QTLs The additive effects were -0.73, -0.68, -0.9, 1.07 and -0.86, respectively, which explained 5%, 4.7%, 8.1%, 10.9% and 7.1% of the phenotypic variance respectively.The results showed that the flowering stage of cotton was polygene control.
