随着科技体制改革的不断深入和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,农业科研单位正由传统的科研型向科研经营型转变。以自身科研成果和实用技术为主要内容的农业科技开发已成为科研良性循环的关键,并取得明显成效。但是,科技开发工作目前也面临不少困难和问题。本文结合我院科技开发工作的现状与问题进行一些初步分析,探讨加强农业科技开发工作的对策。
With the continuous deepening of science and technology system reform and the gradual establishment of a socialist market economic system, agricultural research institutes are shifting from traditional scientific research to scientific research management. The development of agricultural science and technology with its own scientific research achievements and practical technologies as the main content has become the key to the virtuous circle of scientific research and has achieved remarkable results. However, science and technology development work now faces many difficulties and problems. Based on the current situation and problems of scientific and technological development in our hospital, this paper makes some preliminary analyzes to discuss the countermeasures to strengthen the development of agricultural science and technology.
