绪言下文提供的说明是莫里斯·曼居伊先生为附图“东亚及其近海第三纪盆地图”(1971年4月修订版)撰写的,在CCOP第八次会议上把它提交大会进行了讨论。 1969年10—11月,在澳大利亚的堪培拉举行第四次亚洲及远东石油资源开发研究、讨论会时提交了第一版,后来稍做修改发表在1970年5月出版的《CCOP技术报告》第三卷上。自那以来又获取大量新资料,于是CCOP技术秘书处的佐藤吉秋博士和CCOP特别顾问莫 INTRODUCTION The statement provided below is written by Mr. Maurice Manjuy for the drawing “Map of the Tertiary Basin in East Asia and the Near Seas” (revised version of April 1971), which was submitted to the General Assembly at the eighth meeting of the CCOP Discuss.
