根据信阳市鲇鱼山水库近十多年来供用水情况,以设计保证率为75%入库水量与用水量进行分析,采用2个月应供水量来确定水库旱限水位。旱限水位的确定,对水库控制运用、科学主动抗旱,合理制定供水方案、防汛抗旱工作,提供重要依据。
According to the supply situation of water for more than a decade in Xinyang Banyunshan Reservoir, the design guarantee rate is 75%. The amount of water and water used for storage is analyzed, and the water supply for two months should be used to determine the water level of drought. The determination of dry limit water level provides important basis for reservoir control and utilization, scientific and active drought relief, reasonable water supply plan, and flood control and drought relief work.
