据《新华每日电讯》报道,近几年东北经济持续下滑,既受传统产业转型困难拖累,又缺乏新兴产业有效支撑,多地经济发展“蓝图”变化频繁。记者梳理东北三省部分市县的经济数据,发现一些地方经济结构调整缓慢,产业规划和发展目标游移不定。受短期、多变的地方长官意志左右,接续产业不停变换难当转型重任现象突出。 According to “Xinhua Daily Telegraph and Telecommunications,” reports that the northeast economy has been declining in recent years is not only dragged down by difficulties in the transformation of traditional industries but also lacks the effective support of emerging industries, and the economic development of “many blueprints” has been changing frequently.
