调合营养油系由米糠油、玉米油和维生素E组成。本文研究了该调合油对人体血脂和过氧化脂质的影响。高脂血症病人食用该油代替其它烹调油,在实验前后分别观察甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和过氧化脂质等项指标。结果表明,食用15天后,病人血清总胆固醇和过氧化脂质明显下降(P<0.01),说明调合营养油可作为高脂血症病人的保健食用油。
Nutritional oil blend by the rice bran oil, corn oil and vitamin E composition. This article studies the effects of the blend oils on human blood lipids and lipid peroxidation. Hyperlipidemia patients eat the oil instead of other cooking oil before and after the experiment were observed triglyceride, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and lipid peroxidation and other indicators. The results showed that the total serum cholesterol and lipid peroxidation decreased significantly (P <0.01) after 15 days of consumption, indicating that blended nutritional oil can be used as health edible oil for patients with hyperlipidemia.
