A FIA spectrophotometric system was established to establish a FIA on-line liquid-liquid extraction 4-AAP spectrophotometric method for the determination of phenol in water.The phase separator, phase separator and displacement bottle were designed and developed by ourselves.The detection limit of the method was 5. 0μg / L. The relative standard deviations of phenol standard solutions of 40.0 μg / L and 100.0 μg / L were 8.0% and 2.7%, respectively.
