深圳经济特区成立以来,外商投资一直保持良好的发展势头,经济效益普遍良好。从1980年以来,累计外商向市税务部门交纳税款18.5亿元,其中今年上半年交纳税款近3.5亿元,使国家得到益处。深圳毗邻香港,具有良好的投资环境,又有国家给予一系列的优惠政策,特区充分利用这一优势,大胆引进外资。至去年底,已有28个国家和地区的外商在深圳投资,已办税务登记企业3302户。今年上半年前来投资的外商更多。目前,到特区投资的外商不但数量增长,结构和项目水平也有很大提高。
Since the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, foreign investment has maintained a good momentum of development and the economic benefits are generally good. Since 1980, a total of 1.85 billion yuan of tax has been paid by the foreign businessmen to the city tax department, of which nearly 350 million yuan has been paid in the first half of this year, benefiting the country. Shenzhen is adjacent to Hong Kong and has a good investment environment. There are also a series of preferential policies granted by the country. The SAR takes full advantage of this advantage and boldly introduces foreign capital. By the end of last year, foreign investors from 28 countries and regions had invested in Shenzhen and 3302 tax registration enterprises had been established. Foreign investors came to invest more in the first half of this year. At present, foreign businessmen investing in the SAR have not only increased in number, but also greatly improved their structure and project level.
