在“农业学大寨”群众运动的高潮中,随着水利事业的迅速发展,采用混凝土U型渠槽进行渠道防渗逐渐增多。如河南省安阳地区万金灌区已成建直径0.5~1.5米的混凝土U型渠道共长230多公里,占干、支、斗渠总长的40%。从一九六九年开始试建以来的多年运用中,未发现由冻胀等原因而产生裂缝;同时,占地面积只相当梯形渠道占地的1/2~1/4。我省武功县现建成直径0.5米和2.0米的混凝土U型渠道共长4公里,减少占地1/2左右,深受群众欢迎。这些成果对解决我省渠道混凝土衬砌中存在的冻胀裂缝问题,扩大耕地面积,促进农业增产有很大意义。现将混凝土U型渠槽的有关情况介绍如下,供有关单位因地制宜试验推广。
In the climax of the mass movement of “learning from agriculture in Dazhai”, with the rapid development of water conservancy, canal seepage prevention using concrete U-shaped channel gradually increased. For example, the U-shaped concrete channel with a diameter of 0.5 to 1.5 meters has been built in Wanjin Irrigation District in Anyang, Henan Province, totaling more than 230 kilometers, accounting for 40% of the total length of dry, branch and canals. For many years since its construction began in 1969, no cracks were found due to frost heaving and other reasons. At the same time, the land area occupied only 1/2 ~ 1/4 of that of the trapezoidal canal. Wugong County, the province is now built 0.5 meters in diameter and 2.0 meters of concrete U-channel total length of 4 km, reducing the area of about 1/2, by the masses. These achievements are of great significance to solve the problem of frost heaving and fissure in the concrete lining of our province, expand the area of arable land and increase the output of agriculture. Now the concrete U-shaped channel about the situation as follows, for the relevant units to test the promotion of local conditions.
