振兴我国的计算机科学教育是计算机科学教育界广大同仁一直追求的理想。然而,当我们进入世纪之交的今天,纵观世界计算机科学教育时,我们不得不承认与世界发达国家相比,我们落后了许多。究其原因,主要是师资队伍水平参差不齐,整体水平不高;教学计划起点低,科学性差;由于教师和学生的精力投入不足,导致了课堂教学的学术深度正在下降;由于长时间的教育经费投入不足,实验条件和手段落后,教学内容陈旧;社会的实用化取向,导致了计算机科学与技术专业的职业化倾向等。为了配合国家教育部本科专业目录修订,同时适应面向21世纪计算机科学与技术专业的教学改革,振兴我国的计算机科学教育,结合我校的计算机教育的实际情况,我们提出了本计划。
The rejuvenation of computer science education in our country is the ideal pursued by the majority of colleagues in the field of computer science education. However, as we enter the turn of the century, looking back at computer science education in the world, we have to admit that we are far behind many other developed countries in the world. The reason is mainly the uneven level of teaching staff, the overall level is not high; teaching plan a low starting point, poor science; due to teachers and students lack of energy input, resulting in the academic depth of classroom teaching is declining; due to prolonged education Inadequate funding, backward experimental conditions and methods, obsolete teaching content and practical social orientation have led to the tendency of professionalism in computer science and technology. In line with the revision of the catalog of undergraduate majors of the Ministry of Education of the PRC, and at the same time, we are adapting to the teaching reform oriented to computer science and technology in the 21st century, rejuvenating computer science education in our country and combining with the actual situation of computer education in our school.
