建设部城市住宅小区建设试点办公室最近公布了防水材料类推荐产品名单。这批防水材料类产品的评选,是按照建设部“关于治理屋面渗漏的若干规定”和“关于提高防水工程质量的若干规定”的文件精神,要求材料可靠,并有十年使用寿命(按照施工要点和适用范围施工),价格适宜,施工操作简便以及对环境无污染等。这26项产品包括高、中、低档材料,并明确了每一种材料的适用范围。
