武汉牌一吨机动翻斗车(见图1),经过1977年11月国家建委一吨机动翻斗车统型会审查定型,现已大批量生产。根据该机重量轻、轴距较小的特点,我们将柴油机纵置,使曲轴旋转方向与车轮转动方向一致。该机采用两级圆柱齿轮作为主传动器。并采用变速箱、减速器和差速器构成一体的“三合一”驱动箱,直接驱动前桥而不设置传动轴(见图2)。因此,结构紧凑、制造简单、维修方便。该机还采用了整体车架、球面蜗杆转向器及弹性软座椅,料斗自动倾卸和回位装置。具有小巧轻便、机动灵活、爬坡性能强的特点。适用于建筑、矿山、工厂、农村的砂石、灰浆、混凝土、工件及其他松散物料的短途运输。是一种易于普及的水平运输机械。
The Wuhan brand one-ton mobile dump truck (see Figure 1) was reviewed and finalized by the National Construction Council’s one-ton mobile dump trucks in November 1977. It has now been mass-produced. According to the characteristics of light weight and small wheelbase, we will set the diesel engine vertically so that the direction of rotation of the crankshaft coincides with the direction of rotation of the wheel. The machine uses two-stage cylindrical gear as the main drive. And use the gearbox, reducer and differential to form an integrated “three-in-one” drive box that directly drives the front axle without a driveshaft (see Figure 2). Therefore, the structure is compact, the manufacture is simple, and the maintenance is easy. The machine also uses the entire frame, spherical worm gear and elastic soft seats, hopper automatic dumping and return device. Compact, lightweight, flexible, and strong climbing performance. Suitable for short-distance transportation of sand, gravel, concrete, workpieces and other bulk materials in buildings, mines, factories, and rural areas. It is a kind of horizontal transportation machinery that is easy to popularize.
