去年10月10日-12日,以司法部基层司副司长谢玉妮为团长、山西省司法厅副厅长李满胜为副团长的代表团应澳门特区行政法务司法务局的邀请,根据司法部有关安排,经国务院港澳办批准,赴澳出席了澳门法务局与香港善导会联合举办的社区矫正及更生康复研讨会。该研讨会主要围绕澳门与内地的社区矫正法律制度及实践、香港的更生康复服务两个议题进行了研讨。现将有关情况刊发,以供读者参考、借鉴。
From October 10 to October 12 last year, the delegation headed by Xie Yini, deputy director of the grassroots department of the Ministry of Justice, and Li Mansheng, deputy director of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Justice responded to the invitation of the Macao SAR Administrative Justice Bureau, Ministry of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, went to Australia to attend a seminar on community correction and rehabilitative rehabilitation jointly organized by the Macao Legal Affairs Bureau and the Hong Kong Association for Rehabilitation.
