为了满足港口和特种设备行业对起重机司机的需求,本文在现代虚拟现实技术的引领下,研究了多种大型港口起重设备操作训练仿真机的集成技术。论文分析了五种超大型港口起重机工作机构的驾驶功能和集成技术可行性,明确了训练仿真机的功能,以学员在司机座位上进行正常操纵的观察视角和目标物为依据,进行了虚拟环境的设计,完成了仿真机集成研制。成果已在多个港口和特种设备培训部门获得成功应用。
In order to meet the needs of cranes drivers in the port and special equipment industries, this paper studies the integration technology of a large number of large-scale crane operation training simulators under the guidance of modern virtual reality technology. The thesis analyzes the driving function and the feasibility of integrated technology for five kinds of super-large port cranes, clarifies the function of the training simulator, and makes a virtual environment based on the observer’s perspective and object of normal operation on the driver’s seat Design, completed the development of simulation machine integration. The results have been successfully applied in several seaports and special equipment training departments.
