本文报告外伤术后无晶体眼二期人工晶体植入２２例，平均随访１９．４个月。手术方式采用睫状沟植入或经巩膜固定植入。术后７７．２７％提高或保持术前最佳视力。本组术后２２．７３％发生晶体偏位，１例（４．５％）出现视网膜脱离。此外作者对手术选择及影响预后因素进行了讨论。
This report reports 22 cases of aphakic second-stage intraocular lens implantation after trauma, with a mean follow-up of 19.4 months. Surgical approach using ciliary sulcus or scleral implant. 77.27% after surgery to improve or maintain the best preoperative visual acuity. This group of 22.73% occurred after the crystal deviation, retinal detachment occurred in 1 case (4.5%). In addition, the authors discussed the surgical options and the factors that influence prognosis.
