本刊讯本刊记者报道湖南省安委会副主任、省安监局局长谢光祥在日前召开的全省安全生产电视电话会议上,宣读了《湖南省人民政府关于切实加强安全生产工作的紧急通知》,该通知明确规定:“凡发生特别重大事故、重大事故的,依法依规追究市州主要负责人和分管负责人、县市区主要负责人和分管负责人的责任。”
