思想政治理论课是高校培养“四有”新人的主渠道，实际教学中存在许多问题包括教育者素质欠缺、受教育者主动性缺失和教学方法滞后。高校应主动采取倾听教学法、讨论教学法和案例教学法，提高思想政治教育的实效性。“,”Ideological and political theory courses are the main channel for students to establish a correct outlook on life and values,however,a variety of issues of teaching have emerged:lack quality of educators;the missing initiation of educated per-sons and hysteresis of teaching strategies. Universities should use the effective strategies of listening teaching,discussion teach-ing and case teaching,to improve the actual effect of ideological and political education.
