The book “Guangdong New Language” written by Qu Dajun (1630-1696) of the Qing dynasty extensively reflected the social conditions such as astronomy and geography, property management and customs in various parts of Guangdong and had certain historic values. Since this book is a book of Qianlong banned, there is a rare record in the bibliography of the Qing Dynasty
