本文首先分析制造型企业的信息资源管理现状及普遍存在的信息无法有效共享和利用的问题,然后针对此类问题,以某制造型企业为例,提出信息资源管理体系的建设思路,建设内容包含两个体系、一个办法、一项规范和一个系统,最后,详细显示该企业以此思路建设的信息资源管理体系的成果以及体系建设完成后的管理成效。
This paper first analyzes the status quo of information resources management in manufacturing enterprises and the problem that the ubiquitous information can not be effectively shared and utilized. Then, aiming at such problems, this paper puts forward a construction thinking of information resources management system based on a manufacturing enterprise. The content of construction includes Two systems, a method, a norm and a system. Finally, it shows in detail the achievements of the enterprise’s information resource management system constructed on the basis of this thinking and the management results after the completion of the system construction.
