目的:为了研究Koralone HP150消毒液的毒性和安全性。方法:按卫生部《消毒技术规范》2002中规定的方法进行。结果:Koralone HP150消毒液对小鼠急性毒性实验LD50=3160 mg/kg.bw,属低毒级,急性吸入毒性试验、一次完整皮肤刺激试验、急性眼刺激试验、皮肤变态反应试验、精子畸形试验、骨髓细胞微核试验、骨髓细胞染色体畸变试验均无明显毒性作用(P>0.05)。结论:综上结果可初步断定Koralone HP150消毒液是一种低毒、无刺激性的消毒产品。
Purpose: To investigate the toxicity and safety of Koralone HP150 disinfectant solution. Methods: According to the Ministry of Health “Disinfection Technical Specification” in 2002 the method prescribed.
