目的研究一种固体二氧化氯消毒剂杀菌效果及其毒性。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验方法进行了实验室观察。结果用含30mg/L该固体二氧化氯的溶液对悬液内大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌作用5min,平均杀灭对数值>5.00;对金黄色葡萄球菌作用10min,平均杀灭对数值>5.00;对白色念珠菌作用15min,平均杀灭对数值>5.00。用含30mg/L该固体二氧化氯溶液浸泡黄瓜10min,对其表面污染的大肠杆菌平均杀灭对数值为3.30;对木质桌面擦拭2遍并作用10min,对其表面自然菌可达到消毒合格指标。该固体二氧化氯在使用浓度5倍对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50値>5000mg/kg(体重),小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验阴性。结论该固体二氧化氯对细菌繁殖体和真菌杀菌效果较强,毒性低。

The solid chlorine dioxide at a concentration of 5 times the acute oral toxicity of mice 50> 5000mg / kg (body weight), mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. Conclusion The solid chlorine dioxide has strong bactericidal effect on bacterial propagules and fungi and low toxicity.
