江泽民同志 2 0 0 1年 7月 1日在庆祝中国共产党成立 80周年大会上的讲话 ,是一篇迎接新世纪的中国共产党人的伟大宣言和伟大纲领。我们党要站在时代前列 ,带领人民胜利前进 ,归结起来必须永远坚持“三个代表”。这“三个代表”互为因果 ,互为联系 ,又互为补充。其中 ,代表中国最广大人民的根本利益 ,实际上 ,就是党要始终坚持一切为了群众一切依靠群众的根本观点 ;坚持深入群众 ,倾听群众呼声 ,反映群众意愿 ,坚持从群众中来到群众中去 ;不谋私利 ,为民办事 ;党制定一切路线、方针和政策 ,都要以人民的利益为出发点 ,以人民赞不赞成、满意不满意、拥护不拥护作为检验我们政策正确与否的根本标准。
