北京市顺义区建南幼儿园自从被列为顺义区教委中小学三年行动计划(翻建工程)以来,就一直借址办公。园所的老师几乎都住在县城里,距离幼儿园较近。随着教师的增多,骑自行车的老师也开始多了起来,大家自觉地把车摆放在幼儿园栅栏的边上,那是一条临街的便道,便道上有树木,在夏天能为自行车遮阴凉。但是遇到下雨下雪的天气可就没那么幸运了,这也成了老师们的一块心病。新址面积本来就小,院里只有一栋楼,相应的配套
