“等待”是人们生活中常用的一个词,也是做事中需要经常采用的一种态度和方法。反思家庭教育,之所以出现各种各样的问题,与父母没有学会等待有很大的关系。美国心理学家格塞尔曾做过一个非常著名的实验:让一对同卵双胞胎孩子练习爬楼梯。其中一个(代号为T)在他出生后的第46周开始练习,每天练习10分钟;另外一个(代号为C)在他出生后的第53周开始接受同样的训练。两个孩子都练习到他们满54周的时候。
“Waiting” is a commonly used word in people’s lives, and it is also an attitude and method that needs to be frequently used in work. Reflect on family education, the reason why a variety of problems arise, and parents did not learn to wait a great relationship. American psychologist Gesell has done a very famous experiment: a pair of identical twins children practice climbing the stairs. One of them, code-named T, started practicing on week 46 of his birth, practicing for 10 minutes a day. The other, code-named C, started the same exercise on week 53 of his birth. Both children practice until they are 54 weeks old.
