闸北区档案馆目前馆藏档案已达26.7万余卷件,馆藏征集品3350件。其中,国家重点档案和珍贵历史藏品5000余卷件。这其中包含了一批上至清朝同治八年下至民国三十七年的地契档案和清朝名家字画等实物档案。这批档案是国家的宝贵遗产和不可再生的稀缺资源。但是,由于年代久远和多种因素的影响,档案存在不同程度的破损和老化,有些纸质酸化泛黄变脆,有些污斑严重字迹褪变,亟待实施抢救和保护。为了延续档案的寿命,闸北区档案馆坚持“预防为主,防治结合”的方针,把加强预防放在突出位置。
Zhabei District Archives currently has archived archives more than 26.7 million pieces of collection, collecting 3350 pieces of collection. Among them, the national key archives and precious historical collections of 5,000 volumes. This contains a batch of real files from the eight years of the Tongzhi up till the thirty-seven years of the Qing Dynasty and the masters of calligraphy and painting of the Qing Dynasty. These archives are a precious legacy of the country and a scarce resource that is not renewable. However, due to the age-old and many kinds of factors, the files have different degrees of damage and aging. Some of the paper-made yellowing becomes brittle and some of the smudges of the smudge are faded. Therefore, emergency rescue and protection are urgently needed. In order to continue the life of archives, Zhabei District Archives adhere to the principle of “prevention first, prevention combined with prevention and control”, putting prevention and strengthening in a prominent position.
