目的探讨Eotaxin基因多态性与哮喘的相关性。方法用单链构象多态性-四引物聚合酶链反应-限制性酶切方法对96例汉族哮喘儿童及96名汉族健康儿童Eotaxin-3+2497T/G单核苷酸多态性检测,并对此位点单核苷酸多态性与哮喘的易感性、血浆总IgE(TIgE)水平、嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophil,EOS)计数相关性进行分析。结果 Eotaxin-3+2497位点哮喘组与对照组G等位基因的频率、哮喘组IgE浓度及EOS计数均有统计学差异(P值分别<0.01、<0.01和<0.05)。结论 Eotaxin-3+2497T/G多态性与哮喘易感性、EOS数量及IgE水平相关。
Objective To investigate the association between Eotaxin gene polymorphism and asthma. Methods Single-strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) and restriction enzyme digestion were used to detect single nucleotide polymorphisms of Eotaxin-3 + 2497T / G in 96 Han children and 96 healthy Han children The susceptibility of this site to asthma, total plasma IgE (TIgE) levels, eosinophil (EOS) count correlation analysis. Results The frequencies of G allele, IgE concentration and EOS count in asthma group were significantly different between Eotaxin-3 + 2497 locus and controls (P <0.01, <0.01 and <0.05, respectively). Conclusion The Eotaxin-3 + 2497T / G polymorphism is associated with the susceptibility to asthma, the number of EOS and IgE levels.
