1996年的新闻宣传工作有一个重要的任务,就是要加大精神文明建设宣传的力度,努力弘扬社会正气,为党的十四届六中全会的召开创造良好的舆论氛围。 在改革开放和现代化建设深入发展的形势下,必须把社会主义精神文明建设提到更加突出的地位,这是党的十四届三中全会的一个重要精神。党中央已经确定,把社会主义精神文明建设——主要是思想道德文化建设——作为党的十四届六中全会的主要议题。
