本文叙述了采用电刷镀技术修复形状复杂且难以加工的不同材质的船用零部件。论述了电镀工艺的选择,提出在旧铬镀层上补镀铬时,可用碱镍或高速铜填补沟槽,并以特殊镍打底,再用铬镀液镀工作层的方法。
This article describes the use of brush plating technology to repair complex shapes and difficult to process different materials of marine parts. The choice of electroplating process is discussed. The method of filling the groove with nickel or high speed copper on the chrome plating of the old chrome plating is proposed.
