合成了一种新型稀土(钐)配合物,将其作为橡胶防老剂应用于天然橡胶硫化胶,对硫化胶在热氧老化过程中的力学性能和氧化诱导时间变化进行了初步研究。结果表明,钐配合物可以显著提高天然橡胶硫化胶的耐热氧老化性能,其防老化效果优于常用橡胶防老剂4010 NA。
A novel rare earth (samarium) complex was synthesized and used as a rubber antioxidant in natural rubber vulcanizates. The mechanical properties and oxidation induction time of vulcanizates during thermal aging were studied. The results show that the samarium complex can significantly improve the thermal aging resistance of natural rubber vulcanizates, and the anti-aging effect is better than that of the conventional rubber antioxidant 4010 NA.
