采用改良加藤厚涂片法等4种方法,对黄骅市5个调查点进行了人体寄生虫调查,实检2699人,检出感染者1242人,感染率46.20%,共发现寄生虫10种,其中哈门氏阿米巴、兰氏贾第鞭毛虫,人毛滴虫均属首次发现。本调查首次揭示了黄骅县人体寄生虫的感染状况,为寄生虫防治提供了科学依据,今后应广泛开展宣教工作,以较快地解决这个重要的公共卫生问题。
In order to improve the quality of life of Huanghua city, we surveyed 5 poliovirus strains in Huanghua City by means of the modified Kato-Houchi smear method. The results showed that 2699 people were tested and 1,242 people were infected, the infection rate was 46.20% .There were 10 parasites, Of which, Haemophilus amoebae, Giardia lamblia, Trichomonas vaginalis are the first to be found. This investigation reveals for the first time the human parasite infection status in Huanghua County and provides a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of parasites. In the future, missionary work should be extensively carried out so as to solve this important public health problem more quickly.
