鉴于牵引齿轮传动抗胶合承载能力中存在的问题.推导了利用模拟齿轮试验结果计算实际应用齿轮胶合失效载荷的折算公式,其中包括相同速度和不同速度下的折算,提出了用3种速度下模拟齿轮胶合试验结果确定油品临界温度,进而计算应用齿轮在较宽速度范围内的胶合失效载荷的方法;在3种封闭功率流齿轮试验台上进行了4种油品的抗胶合承载能力试验,并用之验算了折算公式的可靠性。
