现场测试信号处理结果表明某热连轧机存在机液耦合振动现象,为深入研究热连轧机机液耦合振动提供试验基础。以现场某热连轧机机液耦合系统为研究对象,建立其动力学仿真模型。通过数值仿真,证明该热连轧机振动开始加强时间与液压自动厚度控制系统投入运行时间存在依赖关系,并揭示了轧机伺服阀给定信号、液压自动厚度控制系统及补偿控制系统对热连轧机机液耦合系统振动的作用机制和影响规律,为深入研究轧机耦合振动及振动控制提供理论基础。
Field test signal processing results show that there is a phenomenon of liquid-liquid coupling vibration in a hot strip mill, which provides experimental basis for further study on the coupling of liquid-liquid vibration in hot strip mill. Based on the field coupling system of a hot strip mill, the dynamic simulation model was established. Through numerical simulation, it is proved that the vibration start time of the hot strip mill depends on the start-up time of the hydraulic automatic thickness control system, and the influence of the rolling mill servo valve given signal, the hydraulic automatic thickness control system and the compensation control system on the hot strip mill Liquid coupling system vibration mechanism and influence law, to provide a theoretical basis for further study of rolling mill coupled vibration and vibration control.
