目的:观察胃肠道肿瘤手术后对患者行早期肠内营养支持治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2015年2月至2016年2月我院收治的66例接受胃肠道肿瘤手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,按照入院的先后顺序平均分成对照组和观察组,对照组只采用常规的输液治疗以及肠外营养支持治疗,而观察组患者实施早期的肠内营养支持治疗,对比两组患者治疗的效果。结果:观察组患者取得了更好的治疗效果,营养状况良好,并发症的发生率比较低,两组治疗的总体效果相比差异明显P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:对于接受胃肠道肿瘤手术治疗的患者在常规对症治疗的基础上实施早期的肠内营养支持治疗可以显著的提高治疗的效果,值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition support for patients after gastrointestinal cancer surgery. Methods: 66 patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the sequence of admission. The control group received only routine Infusion therapy and parenteral nutrition support treatment, while the observation group patients to implement early enteral nutrition support treatment, compared two groups of patients treatment effect. Results: The patients in the observation group achieved better therapeutic effect, good nutritional status and lower incidence of complications. There was significant difference in the overall effect between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of early enteral nutrition support on the basis of routine symptomatic treatment for patients undergoing surgery for gastrointestinal cancer can significantly improve the treatment effect, which is worth to be popularized and applied clinically.
