有这样一口井,它是辽河盆地的第一口石油探井,打开了下辽河平原石油宝藏的大门,奠定了辽河油田开发建设的第一块基石;它作为辽河油田最初的发端,凝结了辽河创业者战天斗地、艰苦拼搏的壮志豪情,见证了全国最大的稠油高凝油生产基地持续发展壮大的光辉历程。这口井就是中国石油企业精神教育基地、辽宁省和盘锦市两级文物保护单位“辽一井”。
