房地产投资与GDP的关系是判断房地产业健康发展的重要指标,同时它也可以反映区域经济发展的平衡性问题和协调性问题。目前,对房地产投资差异的研究已经引起了经济和房地产理论学界的高度重视,但所采用的方法比较单一。在深入研究的基础上提出了房地产投资差异测度的方法,并综合运用各种方法对我国一定时期的房地产投资差异情况进行了简要的实际测度和分析。
The relationship between real estate investment and GDP is an important indicator to judge the healthy development of real estate industry. At the same time, it can also reflect the balance and coordination of regional economic development. At present, the research on the difference of real estate investment has aroused great attention of economics and real estate theory scholars, but the method used is relatively simple. On the basis of deep research, this paper puts forward the method of measuring the difference of real estate investment, and makes a simple and actual measurement and analysis of the difference of real estate investment in our country through various methods.
