最近,省委、省政府作出决定,成立四川三峡经济发展联合委员会。肖秧省长任委员会主任,甘宇平副省长任常务副主任。该委员会是三峡经济区域内发展经济的议事、协调组织。其主要工作包括两个方面:(一)围绕区域内搞好移民安置、加快开放开发、促进区域经济联合发展等工作,交流经验、互通信息,探讨带共同性的问题。并就区域内共同性的重大问题、重要项目向省委、省政府反映情况、提出建议。(二)在国家、省的领导下,依托重庆,统筹搞好区域内经济和社会发展规划,协调行动。联合发展重点产业,联合做好有关重大基础设拖建设项目前期工作,联合投资开发重大项目,联合争取国家投资,联合争取国家政策支持,实施“优势共享·异地开发”。
